Yadira Steffens, Administrative Staff

Yadira is fluent in Spanish and English and graduated from the Sam Houston high school in Houston, Texas, in 1997. Yadira completed her education in medical billing and coding and has worked in the healthcare industry from 2011. Employed with East Texas Prosthetic-Orthotic Care since 2014, Mrs. Steffens is always available to assist our Spanish speaking patients. Yadira and her husband have two children and have lived in the Longview area since 2011.Yadira’s responsibilities with ETPOC has been expanded in all facets of the practice. Although her favorite thing about her work involves medical billing the ETPOC her position requires much more. From Referral Source Liaison, Scheduling, Insurance Verification, and translation in Spanish, Yadira’s responsibilities are endless.
